I am so sorry you've had such a day from hell. That pain - the down

the legs and feeling like you're being dipped in hot lava - is

impossible to deal with. No matter what position, no matter if you use

hot or cold or whatever, it is hell.

So is the lost of one so important to you. This is going to sound

totally crazy, and may be but it helps me. I lost my parents and

grandfather the same year about 10 years ago (contrary to opinion, my

pain over this has never lessened, I can just deal a little more with

it). Sometimes I'll talk to them - heck, I talk with God, so why

shouldn't I talk to my parents? I don't hear them answer (that

probably would be nuts), but it honestly helps. Naturally I do this

only if no one else is around since I don't feel like my family

telling the doctor that I talk to invisible parents. But you

understand this because your angel sister may never have answered you

while she was in the flesh but she knew you were talking to her and it

helped both of you.

So why can't you talk to her now? Yes, I know, it sounds odd. But it helps me.
