Demand grows in U.K. as some see benefits of nutrient-rich raw milk

Durham dairy farmer Schmidt pointed to the availability of

the product in most European countries, including his native Germany...

Alam, 41, who has a PhD in biochemistry, has had asthma since he was

a boy and has researched raw milk extensively. Since switching to raw

milk, he said his reliance on his inhaler has decreased. He said

people he meets are intrigued with the potential health benefits for

those with allergies and eczema. " More and more people are looking

for answers and doctors don't give answers, they give more medicine...
