p. 112-115 of NT talks about the benefits of sprouting. p. 114 has directions

for sprouting adzuki beans.

They were great -- I put some in a homemade broth soup I'd made from a bone-in

pork shoulder roast last week. Kind of " peppery " and " green " and " earthy " all at

the same time...

jar I bought to do alfalfa sprouts years ago. Is this the best way to do this?

I'm after the nutrition and I think sprouting also gets rid of some bad toxins

in the beans -- true?

I saw little things that looked like sprouts on my brown rice the last time I

soaked it. Previously I'd been adding something acidic to my brown rice soak,

but then I read something indicating that brown rice can sprout, even if you

don't see it, but I saw it. Wonder how it would have looked if I had done a

rinse and let it go longer!
