Guest guest Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 This isn't part of your question, but I wanted to point out one of the downsides of buying canned food in water. You can't control the water they used. Boiling will concentrate things in the water like fluoride, and fluoride is not something you want to concentrate.
