Guest guest
We took my 4-year old son back to the doctor today since he isn't using the arm that was diagnosed by the ER as having been sprained after he took a fall over a week ago. Turns out, he actually broke some cartilage in his elbow near the fat pad. He's now in a splint and sling. Other than the standard CLO, butter oil, bone broth, etc that is a normal part of our daily diet, what else could I give him to specifically assist in healing cartilage? Guest guest
I would pack it in Calcium Bentonite Clay if possible -- specialclays.com Do you have access to an infrared lamp or sauna? That will help too. I have healed very quickly with those two methods --http://eytonsearth.org/tdp-mineral-lamp-clay.php My food coop suggests eating raw pastured bison/cow bone marrow, but suppose soups would work too. It actually tastes good, but hard to convince a kid of that.
