Sprouted adzuki beans

My first crop of sprouted adzuki beans should be ready to eat tomorrow, but I

can't tell from the Native Nutrition book is they are supposed to be cooked, or

if I can eat them raw? NN mentions that kidney beans, for example, should be

cooked. But no mention of adzuki (which were lumped together with mung beans).

Thanks
