Guest guest
I'm trying to make up for large gaps in my literary education. Have in my collection a paperback of short stories by Tolstoy. The introduction is written by his daughter, andra. In it she says he developed a cough and was sent by his doctor to live for a time (didn't say how long) with some tribe who made " Kumis " or fermented mare's milk which was good for the lungs. Thought that interesting. Anyone know if Kefir is good for the lungs? The " Milk Diet " book says just about anything can be cured by lying very still for months and months and ingesting nothing but milk.
