Hello, I'm new to a lot of this, and just sprouted some lentils last week. They

were great -- I put some in a homemade broth soup I'd made from a bone-in pork

shoulder roast last week. Kind of " peppery " and " green " and " earthy " all at the

same time...

Anyway, I just started some adzuki beans -- I'm just doing this is the same jar

I bought to do alfalfa sprouts years ago. Is this the best way to do this? I'm

after the nutrition and I think sprouting also gets rid of some bad toxins in

the beans -- true?

Also, what about brown rice? Will that also sprout (or should it?)?
