Hello,

I'm doing research on the nutritional differences between sprouted and

unsprouted dried beans. Everything I have read said sprouted beans double their

nutritional value, including protein. Sally Fallon says canned beans have no

protein value. My research says that

canned pinto beans / sprouted, cooked, boiled

12g protein / 1g protein

4% vitamin C / 3% vitamin C

10% calcium / 0% calcium

44% dietary Fiber/ 0% Fiber

Do canned beans have additions to bring up the food values? I don't get it?

What is going on here?

Joan
