Guest guest
It isn't worth responding. Many people think this way, including a very good friend of mine. True vegans believe animal protein is bad for us. It becomes a fear of food driven diet. My friend became vegan because the bad press eggs was given many years ago. After reading Broda ' book, I told her she couldn't say she was vegan because of cholesterol anymore because ' book disproved this theory. I think it is curious how a mainstream idea is taken and made to fit an alternative lifestyle. The joke is on them but not only on them but on us also. We have all fallen for the propaganda at one time or another.
