Guest guest
I would choose coconut oil. It has a low smoking point and very stable and is the healthiest oil you can use (IMHO). Sanr
Guest guest
Coconut oil (make sure it'd cold pressed and extra virgin if possible) is wonderful. Another good one is macademia nut - wonderful monounsaturates, very high smoke point, no overly processed, very delicious. Guest guest
I would avoid most vegetable oils like corn, soybean, safflower and canola. they go rancid easily. > > any organic vegetable oil is fine, it's best to vary them, if you consume > the same thing too often/too reguarly your body can become allergic to it > and immune system attacks it hth
