We-ell, that's an off-putting thing to read just after I've taken my first IP6

casule! ;) lol

I did expect to have a fair bit of reaction whilst on it and I'll just try to

treat it the same as a detox and healing reaction. *shrugs* It doesn't sound

like you've had too much fun on it and if it's hurting you then staying off it

is probably best for you. I don't think anything's ever any good if it's making

you sick/anxious/upset etc.

I took my last IP-6 today. I feel like crap! My head hurts, my fingers are numb,

my tailbone is killing me. I'm not going to do this to myself intentionally

anymore! I feel good when I don't take it and bad when I do. I have corrected a

whole paragraph of typos in composing this post! Is it worth it? Not to me.

Sorry. It's the truth. Maybe it won't effect you the same way. I hope not.

I considered the rice hypothesis. I eat rice sometimes without having this

reaction. I haven't had CCSVI and it could be that the IP-6 is killing

iron-binding parasites and the iron and die-off cannot exit through my veins. I

have not been evaluated and I do not know if this could be the case.

The pill that I took yesterday was the first in a week. I took them in Texas

according to the instructions on the bottle (one with each meal). I was weak

and I fell a lot getting out of bed and going to the bathroom. It scared me

because I thought I could have been having an exaceration. I quit taking them

then and increased digestive enzymes. I eventually got better. My reaction is

definitely in response to IP-6. I'm not going to take them anymore until such a

time when they are prescribed.

I feel better today but not great, thanks.

> Strange. You don't have a rice intolerance, do you? Maybe it was shifting the

iron too quickly. How much were you doing a day?

> I've been on it a while at 2 a day (the bottle says 4) and haven't had any

problems.
