Absolutely - wonderful video, and also that Monsanto is not the only one. What

they are is the only company that holds enough of a monopoly that they have

nothing to fear from educated consumers wanting to boycott them, unlike

companies like DOW, BASF, Bayer and DuPont who are equally active in the fields

and doing just as bad things as Monsanto.

this 1 hr 48 min video. I've read a lot about Monsanto over the last few years

and the video does a good job of putting it all together in a form that is easy

to understand. The video can be paused to take breaks by clicking on the pause

button on the bottom left (button with two vertical bars in it).

A new movie called Food Inc., featuring Schlosser, Pollan, and Joe

Salatin, just opened to limited release. Can't wait to see it! Here's a review

from NPR's Fresh Air:

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=105152916.

P.S., I checked out Monsanto's blog. Obviously written by their attorneys and

PR people. The tone is so calm, logical and friendly, it's creepy. I made a

post and they gave me links to the court decisions on Percy Schmeiser, the

Canadian farmer who fought their infringment lawsuit for saving his seed which

contained their seed. It was enlightening to read.

I'm afraid Monsanto is just one of many large multinational business interests

that put profit before people and health in their actions, even though they

paint themselves in rosy propaganda.
