Guest guest
What do you al take for muscle twitching? I am looking for ideas. My muscles twitch 24/7 and has been getting a bit more intense lately. I see the Passion Flower below but what else is there? Guest guest
Hi , why does it say that helps LDN then? a lot of people take it with LDN and it also improves mood.  Pamela Castro Carcelen ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Thu, April 14, 2011 12:20:57 PM Subject: Re: Anti depressants & LDN  You ought to do more research on DLPA. It boosts endorphins and may not combine well with LDN. Phenylalanine is in aspartame and it is a neurotransmitter. Read about it before you decide to take it. It is not a sleep aid if that's why you are considering it. Isolated amino acids do not appear in nature.
Guest guest
Lemon balm (melissa) tea is said to help but it has never done much for me. Sorry to bring it up again but CCSVI treatment has stopped the twitching for me. Janet To: mscured From: CWITTECK@... Guest guest
Hi Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms (such as spasticity), I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
Hi Dudley, I don't know if this response was for me or not as I asked about muscle twitching. I don't have MS I have ALS. I do all those things you mentioned except for LDN. Guest guest
Hi Then try the LDN. May I also suggest colloidal gold.
