Guest guest
You ought to do more research on DLPA. It boosts endorphins and may not combine well with LDN. Phenylalanine is in aspartame and it is a neurotransmitter. Read about it before you decide to take it. It is not a sleep aid if that's why you are considering it. Isolated amino acids do not appear in nature.
Guest guest
It does help some people who take LDN but the dosage of LDN may be different for you and the same is true about DLPA. If you boost your endorphins too much they burn out. Just know what you are doing before you do it. Dudley posted the recommendation to a question about sleep and if that's your issue too then this could be the wrong product. It is supposed to keep your energy level higher. Research it first. > > Hi , > > > why does it say that helps LDN then? a lot of people take it with LDN and > it also improves mood. >  Pamela Castro Carcelen
