Guest guest
Homeopathic arnica works even for those who don't " believe " it does. At worst, it will not work. At best, it will work. No side effects. If it were me, I'd also do a good long bath in strong epsom salt water (1-2 cups for a regular bath tub). -jennifer On Jul 23, 2009, at 8:23 AM, repent_kog_is_near wrote: > Hi > A friend of mine just sprained himself badly, while pulling down a > tent, while camping out. Guest guest
Arnica is also available in gel form for external application - I love it for those situations as it works well. -=mark=- Steinbachs wrote: > Homeopathic arnica works even for those who don't " believe " it does. > At worst, it will not work. Guest guest
While I do not believe in homeopathy, arnica applied topically rather than internally is wonderful for joint and muscle inflamation near the surface of the skin. I have RA and keep those occasionally bad aches under control with arnica infused oil. A touch of black pepper EO added to the oil really helps as well. > > Homeopathic arnica works even for those who don't " believe " it does. > At worst, it will not work. At best, it will work.
