Homeopathic arnica works even for those who don't " believe " it does.

At worst, it will not work. At best, it will work. No side effects.

If it were me, I'd also do a good long bath in strong epsom salt water

(1-2 cups for a regular bath tub).

Arnica is also available in gel form for external application - I love

it for those situations as it works well. -=mark=-

While I do not believe in homeopathy, arnica applied topically rather than

internally is wonderful for joint and muscle inflamation near the surface of the

skin. I have RA and keep those occasionally bad aches under control with arnica

infused oil. A touch of black pepper EO added to the oil really helps as well.
