Guest guest
Hi Aerika Why don't you go to the LDN groups too (lowdosenaltrexone , any_other-dose_ldn , ldn_users ) ? They'll all give you even more information......LDN should keep working for you though. It isn't one of those things which generally trails off from what I know of it. It's generally suggested that people take it after 10pm, but some take it in the day time. There are scientific reasons why night is suggested as the time to take it. In regards to its ongoing help, as always with such things, everyone's body is different in healing and so will react and heal differently too. 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' I am afraid that it will help me for a while and then fade away after a few months, is this possible or does it tend to help the people it helps and not help those who don't have any reaction? Thanks.
Guest guest
I am so glad to hear that LDN is already working out great for you. I call it my " non-drug wonder drug. " I have been on LDN for almost a year now. I too, remember having fabulous results almost immediately, & recommend it to anyone I know that may benefit. However, you definitely should not take it in the morning. I can't eloquently tell you why like the 'lowdosenaltrexone' group can (yes join - they are very knowledgeable over there), but it has something to do with how LDN works... and so you attain the maximum benefit by taking it at night. Giving your body a jumpstart after a certain something, which coincides with sleep. I totally butchered that, so like I said, you just need to go over to the 'lowdosenaltrexone' group & they can tell you better. All the best! )
Guest guest
Okay, I just read this over on the 'lowdosenaltrexone' group (from jaxi): " The brief blockade of opioid receptors between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. that is caused by taking LDN at bedtime each night is believed to produce a prolonged up-regulation of vital elements of the immune system by causing an increase in endorphin and enkephalin production.
