Message from MODERATOR -- personal attacks, swearing, etc

Folks, I'm very sorry that and I have been wrapped up in things and not

moderating this list closely lately. That is at least in part, of course,

because the list members usually do a wondeful job keep the list vigorous,

productive, and clean, with only occasional lapses.

I will have to read the recent threads more closely and decide whether any

actions need to be taken.

However, please note that personal attacks of any kind are NOT allowed on

the list, and out of respect for people who find it offensive please avoid

swearing. Blanking out some of the letters with dashes does not change

anything.
