I added surplus sprouts to some kimchi once and it turned out delicious!

They're also good on crackers with butter. I found out saltines are usually

sourdough, tho they are white flour, so they're kind of mixed but maybe not so

bad.

I added it to the recipe when I was making the kimchi.

Transfats are problematic but I don't think they use much oil in them, tho I

could be wrong.
