Guest guest
I meant magnesium capsules. I don't know what magnesium oil is, but it sounds terrible. I don't know about raw milk and constipation, but I highly doubt the temperature of the milk makes a difference; it is warmed to body temperature as digested. I love the idea of raw milk (and my sole bumper sticker advocates raw milk!) but I find it turns my bowel movements reddish and a bit loose, now that I think about it, and it just doesn't feel right to me. So I stick to yogurt, kefir, butter and cheese for my dairy, for the most part. Oh, and cream, of course! Guest guest
What's good about magnesium chloride oil is that is it 100% elemental magnesium. Whereas other forms of magnesium may only be 10% absorbable this is 100%absorbable. It would be too expensive to get all the magnesium from the foods you eat, and impossible if you are going on a low carb diet. It's better to take magnesium oil baths as far more of it will store and you only need to do it twice a week versus taking it orally two times a day everyday. You can get it cheap at www.life-enthusiast.com My mom cannot take baths though. > > From: Jeanmarie Todd <jaytee3mac (DOT) com> > Subject: Re: Re: Interesting remedies for cancer, such as MMS, > Magnesium, and protocols based off of Sally Fallon, Dr. Jan > Kwasniewski, Barry Groves, and Aajonus Vonderplanitz. > > Date: Friday, July 31, 2009, 3:06 PM > > > > Extra magnesium supplements will definitely loosen the bowels. > >
Guest guest
Whole Foods (at least in my area) does sell an elemental Magnesium supplement... Its a powder that's sort of citrus-y tasting. Sorry, I don't know the brand as it's in the kitchen and I'm nursing my daughter to sleep, but I'm sure you could ask. Its considerably more expensive than the regular stuff, but still (IMO) affordable. From: danthemanholt@... Guest guest
If you buy a gallon of the magnesium oil at life enthusiast it is $55. But it will last you longer than a year for sure. Magnesium Chloride is also anti microbial and is easier to digest for people over the age of 40 than any other form. > >
Guest guest
So you bathe in it, not drink it? Thanks. Guest guest
You can both bathe in it and drink it. Or you could just spray it on. > What's good about magnesium chloride oil is that is it 100% > elemental magnesium.
