Guest guest
I thought I would cram two separate topics in one message. They both involved two older people I know. My mom has a thyroid problem, and a tumor in her brain. She may also be developing cancer of the uterus. She may have her uterus removed. My ideas: I'm going to get her on a lower carb, higher fat, moderate protein diet. She doesn't appear to be open to sushi but she is doing the raw milk. I am thinking three cups of raw milk a day is good. I am also getting her to have bone broth, lignan rich flaxseed oil, magnesium chloride oil, sundried seasalt in crystal geyser spring water, organic potatoes and bananas, 7ml of fermented codliver oil a day, 6 tblspns of extravirgin coconut oil a day, and either kefir or yogurt. I was told that the lignans in flax and the sulfuric acid in yogurt are both beneficial for fighting certain cancers. Is it better to do yogurt or kefired milk for sulfuric acid. Can I use sauerkraut or kimchi instead? Coconut oil is good for the thryoid and the tumors. I figure the coconut oil will also help her lose weight. She is obviously not getting enough minerals in her system so this will work well. My uncle is getting in his 50s. I've read research that 5-htp supplementation helps older people develop greater bone density, energy, and muscle hypertrophy. What is more effective for this purpose, 5-htp supplementation or raw milk? I believe raw milk contains human growth hormone. How much daily raw milk would it take to replace 5-htp? Any other suggestions? I am going to try to get him to replace his yogurt with kefired raw milk. Yours Truly, Holt
