Guest guest
I found this fascinating - an article saying that the use of fluoride in water contributes to the magnesium deficiencies in the general population as it inhibits it from being absorbed in the gut when they are both present. It also says that magnesium is needed to make the bones resiliant so they don't break, and has a role in remineralization of teeth; not to mention is needed for over 300 enzyme reactions. I've been studying magnesium deficiency and sources agree most people are deficient - some say 60% of the population while others say 90% or more. Wow. http://www.mgwater.com/fl2.shtml
