Role of fluoride in magnesium deficiency

I found this fascinating - an article saying that the use of fluoride in water

contributes to the magnesium deficiencies in the general population as it

inhibits it from being absorbed in the gut when they are both present. It also

says that magnesium is needed to make the bones resiliant so they don't break,

and has a role in remineralization of teeth; not to mention is needed for over

300 enzyme reactions.

I've been studying magnesium deficiency and sources agree most people are

deficient - some say 60% of the population while others say 90% or more. Wow.
