Hi

A friend of mine just sprained himself badly, while pulling down a tent, while

camping out. He is in bad shape, and taking Advil, and waiting to get

chiropractic's help (got an appointment for Saturday). Meanwhile, is there any

food that can help with the pain or reduce the muscle strain, or any particular

exercises?

Thanks

-Dan.

I'd think Indian food that includes turmeric (anti-inflammatory) and other

spices would be good, and anything concentrating nutrients. Bone broth,

brewer's yeast, a good pate or other form of liver, and stay away from refined

sugars. Oh, and lots of sleep, with gentle activity when not sleeping, like

walking, because it will keep the lymph moving wastes out of the area as it

heals.
