That doesn't surprise me. The federal government has no business running

the USDA anyway. It's not authorized by Article 1 Section 8 in the

Constitution. So, technically, all of the USDA decisions and regulations

are completely unconstitutional. We don't need government to tell us that

food is of a certain quality. The free market is completely able to take

care of this.
