Guest guest
I would like to know what can be used to boost energy level? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance, Colleen
Guest guest
Hi Coleen, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms (such as fatigue), I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
Hi Coleen, I found that upping my Vitamin D3 REALLY helped that part of my days and my B Vitamins help me too. Having said that, I should also back what Dudley has recommended as I've been on th BBD (Best Bet Diet) for a few years now and I know how much it helps. To see what supplements are recommended, good starting place is at www.msrc.co.uk It will give you a good run-don on both the supplements AND the BBD. This group too (as you'd already know) is a terriffic place to get suggestions from too. MY lack of fatigue these days comes from my Dietary and Supplement intakes AND from the CCSVI procedure too. All these things combined have helped me beat fatigue down to a minimal level. Look into all these - combining them in your life might help in a big way.....and any help makes a happy difference I think! 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' Guest guest
CCSVI has done it for me. Prior to that pycnogenol, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, co-enzyme Q10... all helped as did the BBD, in particular the removal of gluten. Janet To: mscured From: colleen0107@...
