Hi Pam, I sleep through the night and I fall asleep easier, I don't go to the

bathroom as much throughout the day, I stand straigher, I use my legs more

instead of just pulling myself up. My hair and skin have gotten softer and I'm

able to perspire. I'm not having miraculous results (yet) but the results that

I have had are welcome changes. It is an accumulatory treatment, not a quick

fix, and it's only been two weeks.

I started getting jittery when I upped the dose to a whole disc. I lowered it

again to half a disc and sometimes I can't wear it all day. I take the cal-mag

supplement that is sent with the Prokarin but I sometimes add magnesium malate

if I feel constipated. I have not had any other negative side effects.

I just got off the phone with Elaine DeLack. I had some questions that she

answered for me (and then some). She said that I may never need more than half

a disc and to just remove it when I start to feel jittery. I'm at the

saturation point of H2 when that happens.

She has also developed another product (Prokarin 2 - an enhanced formula) for

people who have more debilitating symptoms. It has to do with MAO enzymes and

their role in cyclic AMP.

I have more serious symptoms than you did and I'm going to see if my next order

can be the enhanced version. It was good to know that taking less is what my

body needs because my bank account needs help too! As soon as I take off the

disc my jittering stops. I'm at the saturation point for H2 when that happens.

I've been sitting in the sun and getting fatigued because of the heat. Elaine

explaned how that is a good thing. I'm making meletonin like I'm supposed to.
