I haven't tried it but it was featured on a couple of current affair programs

here in Oz, including interviews with Beckett, during which he stated he was

keen to have it researched scientifically. It/he seemed pretty genuine to me,

but I'd quite forgotten about it until now. It's not expensive from what I

gather, thought I suppose shipping costs would add cost.

magnesium bicarbonate

Has anyone heard about magnesium bicarbonate? Launched in Australia

back in 2002, would have thought if it was building a track record of

success we'd all have heard about it. However, it does sound good in

terms of alkalinizing the body and addressing the acidosis problem

that exists in CFS. Anyone tried it?

thanks so much for the Magnesium Bicarbonate tips!! I know i am

deficient in this! My husband is also outside all day working in this

awful and unusual heat for June and I know he needs to get hydrated but

I won't let him drink Gatorade anymore.

Any tips on getting zinc? I have problems with the pills making my

stomach hurt.

For zinc, oysters are one of the easiest sources. For eastern type

farmed 1 oz raw gives you 71% RDV, 1 oz cooked (dry heat) 84% whereas

the wild of the same type 1 oz raw gives you 170% and cooked (dry

heat) is 137%
