80 degrees seems excessively warm; I've never seen fermentation

directions that say anything more than room temperature, which is

usually more like 65 to 70 degrees. I'm just guessing, but maybe all

the additives will inhibit fermentation. Let us know how it turns out.

I figured the anti-microbial saturated fat conent from the milk, yogurt, and

coconut oil would help to fight any possible pathogens and the fat would help

protect the brew from heat.

I was just curious to see if the other nutrients will get predigested by the

enzymes and probiotics in the raw milk and the unheated honey.

I head to take it outside because it is 72 degrees in the house right now and I

figured that wouldn't be warm enough.  I would also like to see if their are any

additional benefits from the sun light shining down on it.  Especially with the

seasalt.

Sunlight may 'charge' things like water and salt...but its also very destructive

and will break down a lot of the b-vitamins in your milk, along with other

heat/light sensitive vitamins.

the flaxseed oil will turn rancid at that temperature. Also, it will get a lot

hotter than 80 degrees if it is sitting in the sun.

Ya whats with the flax? Its really unnecessary if you have Cod Liver Oil in

there. The Lignans in many plants are also phytoestrogens...something I'm

assuming you would want to avoid.

I got the flaxseed oil for my mom but she doesn't need to use it.  I guess there

won't be any benefits to having it.
