Guest guest
And along with it came a laundry list of do's and dont's and a cal/mag supplement. The warning label is daunting, possible hypotension or hypertension, rapid pulse, chest pain, allergic reactions, blood clots in arms and legs, cyanosis (bluish coloring) of the face! Sheesh! Side effects-Pain, tenderness, bruising, swelling, inflammation or rash at the disc application site. Flushing, dizziness, headache, fainting, difficult breathing, abdominal discomfort, vomitting, diarrhea, increased urination, bursitis, tendonitis, burning or itching skin, nervousness, metallic taste, decreased blood sugar levels, possible increased fertility in child-bearing aged women. This is enough to make me nervous and I already have a headache. Also, No additional vitamin D supplementation with the cal/mag supplement. Elaine DeLack says it's easy to get too much vitamin D on this therapy. Since it came before noon I decided to try it today instead of in the morning. If it were not for the testimonials and Elaine's book I would have been leary of Prokarin. Now the time test begins. I started with half a dose.
