I rarely talk, but I read some posts often.  when I have time, I share.  Or I

try.

For my part, I take Concentrace, made by Health Solute Ions, I buy in natural

food stores, which is unsalted, concentrated water, sun evaporated, from Utah

salted great lake.  It is said to be chelated, which means it is more

assimilable and works better in the cells than non chelated minerals.  Chelated

minerals come from living organisms. Things that do not come from living

organisms are way less active in our bodies, and even disturb, taking the place

of more active minerals.  Like you could not take you iron from iron that is in

the ground... We need it to be transformed by vegatals.  Then it is properly

absorbed in animals (or humans) . So eggshells dissolved in freshly

sqeezed lemon juice (fresh important) are chelated, and food grade diatomaceous

earth too, to mention other complete sources of minerals I take sometimes.

Thanks, everyone! That helps with the type of magnesium but I was hoping for

advice on a balanced mineral formula since I'm not much for taking isolated

minerals. Sorry --- I guess I didn't make that clear, but that's why I was

checking into the colloidals at first. Anyone take a mixed mineral supplement

that's well absorbed?
