I wish these guys were in my neighborhood.  I put on good muscle mass when I

was in Jail.  They didn't have weights either.  That soy and refined sugar

made me psycho and aggressive though.  It took away my sense of humanity.  All

I did was fart and laugh hysterically like I was on something.  I couldn't

sleep at night and my funky energy output kept everyone else up too.  I almost

coordinated a huge raid with this prison sentenced buddy of mine, and I only had

a misdemeanor.  It's fun messing with jail people, I told them I've eaten

people and was going to eat people when I got out.  I told them I got into jail

for killing a man with my barehands.  I was in for " homicide and assualt with a

deadly weapon " , my fists.  The workouts atleast stabilized my moods.  Just

bodyweight exercises and pull up work.  There is an insentive to working out

though.  One guy really did cause a homocide and another looked dangerous too,

and they were both

bunked right next to me.  It's funny how you can by right next to evil people

and not even notice.  I'm oblivious.
