But I told him that if this works I'd pay double what we did! I've read a lot of website of personal success on low-carb but I hardly see any mention of exercise. I'm planning on walking at least 4 times a week. Does anyone here exercise at least that much? I was wondering if it increased any kind of cravings? Does it help make the weight come off faster?
