Guest guest
I read the list of symptoms that was a mile-long but I do know that I passed gas constantly until I juice fasted for 39 days and no longer had the problem. > > Is there a way to be sure that we have it? > does anybody know? >
Guest guest
Stool test. But if you eat (or have ever eaten) a standard Western diet, if you have ever in your life time taken antibiotics, if you have ever had lingering bad breath (not temporary garlic breath or from some other pungent food), if you regularly suffer from gas and bloating, if you have ever had a vaginal yeast infection, if you have ever had athlete's foot or toe nail fungus or dandruff, chances are you have yeast overproduction – systemic yeast. Most yeast is of the strain Candia. KC > > Is there a way to be sure that we have it? > does anybody know? >
Guest guest
Stricly non-medically speaking..... A sign that you may have Candida overgrowth is yellow toe nails. If your toe nails are not turning yellow, you probably don't need to be concerned with overgrowth. > > Is there a way to be sure that we have it? > does anybody know? >
Guest guest
Juicing works great. Caveat; There can be no sugars in the juice from fruits or other source. Candida loves fruit. Ideally, the juice must be of green veggies. Even veggies like beets and carrots are bad because they are high in carbs. Add Stevia to sweeten. > > > > Is there a way to be sure that we have it? > > does anybody know? > > >
