This lady lived in downtown Los Angeles, where the smog can get really horrible.

She also loved eating ice cream. All this proves IMO is that there are more

factors than just diet in health in longevity.

But it certainly does make one feel better about eating crispy bacon now doesn't

it?

But not all her life. Maybe it kept her from living longer.

Ice cream is one of the few sweets I still like but eat rarely.

Quite true. I did read that Dr Rosedale said that about the only common factor

found among the very oldest people is low fasting levels of insulin.

Much better, as it probably helps to keep insulin low :)
