Oh, I know.. lol Being a producer I certainly haven't drank pasteurized

milk for the last five years because of all the scare stories about it.

It's a shame that most of these popular journalism articles about raw

milk make major conceptual or factual errors despite their good

intentions and generally accurate perspective.

The bit about trans fat is totally false.

The hypothesis that homogenization is toxic and harmful is a totally

unproven hypothesis. Although I personally believe it's probably true,

I would never state it as a fact like that.
