My sister has had dark circles under her eyes since birth as does her

daughter. This has always been genetic. In fact, most of my family has a

tendency to dark circles for no reason as well as the least amount of

tiredness. I have severe fatigue and sometimes I will take a step and my

leg isn't there. In my family, dark circles are a way of life. People use

to call her Rocky Raccoon because of her dark circles.

I always have dark circles, another inherited trait. My eyelids are usually

half shut also, as a child " Sad eyes " was sung to me.
