Guest guest
Hello Dear All and Dear Menu,  I am a new entry in this group, I have been giving my wife LDN, aged 41 yrs, suffering from MS since last 1-1/2 yr, after I joined LDN group. But somehow the response is not encouraging then I came to know about this group and I am looking for help for her.  Menu, you mentioned that you have started Prokarin. What is this? Do you live in India, excuse me that I am too inquistive, but just to know.  Thanks in advance.  Rajeev Agarwal Jhansi (UP) INDIA  Subject: Re: Re: Prokarin Report To: mscured Date: Thursday, July 14, 2011, 8:36 PM  Hello, I have started Prokarin  too ( 2 weeks back) and have overcome my constipation issues with the FOS tablets that Elaine recommends and probiotic tablets too. I am sure thay will help  you. Have you just started the Prokarin? It would be helpful if we could exchange our reviews of how it is helping us. Good luck, Meenu.  ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Sat, June 18, 2011 10:22:23 AM Subject: Re: Re: Prokarin Report  I am trying to get on Prokarin but the constipation issue worries me since I already suffer from it........How can I help it? Magnesium does not work  for me  Pamela Castro Carcelen ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Sat, June 18, 2011 1:12:16 PM Subject: Re: Prokarin Report  This is definitley something that is not one-size-fits-all. Elaine told me that we reach the saturation point for histamine and that it's easier to go up than to go down in dosage. Sometimes I take the disc off for a few hours and put it back on later because I feel like I reached the saturation point. I want to try the MAO-A (monoamine oxidase) in the enhanced formula. I wet a washrag and refrigerate it to use across my bare feet when I get hot. I'm still not standing without bars and when I used a higher dose I fell a couple of times in the bathroom or I needed help getting dressed. I couldn't lift my feet onto the footrest. I can lift them with the lower dose. I'm convinced that any complete recovery is going to happen with time and other missing elements besides histamine. I have to add magnesium oxide with the cal/mag supplements that come with the Prokarin. Otherwise, I'm extremely constipated and I think it's making me full of toxins. > In the evening when the patch wears off I put on one of my old worn patches and > > > it helps to decrease the symptoms so I get through the evening until I go to >bed > > without any issues. Have you tried that ? I
