My Roman Polanski article has also been picked up by a major website (though nowhere near as big as Rockwell). I have two major articles coming up that might shake the status quo somewhat in the " traditional foods " world. That's okay. A little controversy never hurts now and then. :-) I happened to notice the added water in the normal brand I buy because it seems to be worse these days. I did a little checking around and kept comparing and found out Thai Kitchen doesn't add water. Even if they do it is less than the other brands from my own observations. The good thing is that I have been making more and more coconut milk at home.
