You may be using too high a dose. I've had to tweak the disc because I was

having a histamine rush. I'm doing well with 1/4 a disc but I think I would do

better with the enhanced version. I'm not sure that I have enough of the

monoamine oxidase A enzyme (MAO-A) that breaks histamine down to the usable form

to be a neurotransmitter. I may have too much MAO-B. MAO-A is the enzyme we

need to get the histamine into the mitochondria. Call Elaine and discuss it with

her.

Call elaine and she will work with you as to getting the dose right.  She is

great to trouble shooting. 

We finally got my dose correct.

No, but we decided to end Vitamin K supplementation because of it's influence on

ankle swelling.
