Guest guest Posted November 18, 2009 Report Share Posted November 18, 2009 The pasteurization regulations allow raw milk to be made into cheese that ages at least 60 days, yet you will find all except one of the aged cheeses in the supermarket are made of pasteurized milk. Funny how nobody notes this in the articles.
