Guest guest
I've had this information for awhile and I read it, I thought thoroughly, but there are issues that have come up and I reread it today. For example, because it has gotten so warm here, I switch out the disc for a new one as the day wears on. Apparently I was supposed to do that all along. It never says that in the instructions that came with the discs. I suddenly increased the cost. I use 1/4 of a disc each time. If you order these ask for an extra set of adhesives. They cost $5 a set for 36. Also, there are some vitamins that I don't take that might be advantageous. Enzymes are recommended with use of the disc. Sometimes you have to experiment before you get something right. This is one of those things. http://www.edmsllc.com/QA-Prokarin_cream.htm#supplements
