Guest guest
I take Jarrow B-right every morning and every so often I get a niacin flush. I thought after a few times I would be done with it. I take varying other supplements with it and I wonder if one or another could be triggering it. The flush itself is supposed to healthy right b/c of the increased blood flow?

Guest guest
It's only 25 mg niacin and 100 mg of niacinamide but miacinamide is not supposed to cause flushes which is why some people don't want to take that form. > > > > > > I take Jarrow B-right every morning and every so often I get a niacin > > flush. Guest guest
That really isn't much at all... How do you know its a niacin flush? Oh, and have you tried taking more B2? It is needed to convert niacin into a useable form... -Lana " The art of simplicity is a puzzle of complexity.
