Guest guest
raw or pasteurized? To me it still sounds usable. I generally end up cooking with it if it does go " bad. " I sell raw milk and feel pure frustration when a customer tells me the milk went sour at the end so they tossed it. So I tell them, if it happens again use it in your cooking, don't waste it. It can replace buttermilk when it does that. (this is a pretty rare instance though) Oh, raw whey supposedly has a two week period and I believe pasteurized is a month. Guest guest
Absolutely! It should last at least for weeks, possibly months, though watch for bits of mold on the top if you don't use it in a few weeks.
