raw or pasteurized? To me it still sounds usable. I generally end up

cooking with it if it does go " bad. " I sell raw milk and feel pure

frustration when a customer tells me the milk went sour at the end so

they tossed it. So I tell them, if it happens again use it in your

cooking, don't waste it. It can replace buttermilk when it does that.

(this is a pretty rare instance though)

Oh, raw whey supposedly has a two week period and I believe pasteurized

is a month.

According to NT whey (raw) has a shelf life of 6 months and I know I have kept

and used mine at least that long.

Absolutely! It should last at least for weeks, possibly months, though

watch for bits of mold on the top if you don't use it in a few weeks.
