Guest guest
You might want to try U.S. Wellness grass fed beef liverwurst. It's really good with preservatives, etc. Alllyn ________________________________ From: Manning <esmanning@...> ; discussingnt Sent: Tuesday, October 6, 2009 3:51:20 PM Subject: Question about Liverwurst Apologies for the cross-post. We have started eating Wellshire Natural Liverwurst in an effort to get some organ meat into our diet. I like it, which is good because otherwise I just can't deal with organ meat (cooking it or eating it). I have tried the pork pudding available from our raw milk supplier but I couldn't stomach that either. So my question is, how safe/healthy/ nutritious would this " natural " liverwurst be from a large meat processing company? (We get it at Whole Foods.) And is there a better source of liverwurst that tastes the same -- like regular deli liverswurst? Thanks in advance for your help! in Baltimore

Guest guest
My son loves liverwurst but I need to get this one, we are getting one at a local store that is free of some of the worst nasties but still has some preservatives. He loves it!! He calls it " hot dogs " . =) Now if I could just get over the texture. The flavor I don't mind at all.
