We have started eating Wellshire Natural Liverwurst in an effort to get some organ meat into our diet. I like it, which is good because otherwise I just can't deal with organ meat (cooking it or eating it). I have tried the pork pudding available from our raw milk supplier but I couldn't stomach that either. So my question is, how safe/healthy/nutritious would this " natural " liverwurst be from a large meat processing company? (We get it at Whole Foods.) And is there a better source of liverwurst that tastes the same -- like regular deli liverswurst?
