Thanks for checking into that. It seems easy to take too much. Borax

is extremely useful in laundry, cleaning, etc., and you can even use a

bit in the garden but the same caution there applies, it's easy to

overdo it and kill your plants.

I'm also interested in hearing about how well this works or doesn't

work for you. I'm glad you're taking it slowly!

Is this something to do once, daily, occasionally?

I have heard that going slow with iodine can cause Œmore¹ detox symptoms

than if you take a larger dose. They don¹t know why but this is the

experience that others have reported. I think that I read it on

www.breastcancerchoices.org

Like you, I prefer to start slow as well and I had a lot of detox reactions.

I pulse dosed ­ I started and stopped until the symptoms cleared ­ and then

I gradually increased my dose. The good news is the detox eventually ends.

I live in Los Gatos California but I think that Pharmaca is all over.

Hmm, I've heard of it (I used to live in the Bay Area and am now in

Mendocino) but never been to one or seen one as far as I know. Thanks,
