Guest guest
There are so many people around here (Los Angeles) that follow Aajonus's teachings like he is the messiah or something...so I was curious and listened to the interview, and he definitely has some crazy ideas. For instance, in the second part of the interview in an argument against salt, he stated that the amount of sodium the size of a softball would create an explosion worse than an atomic bomb. Think about that, and the implications it would have if it was true. Why the hell would the Einstein have been working with uranium if that much sodium could create a bigger explosion? Also, I get really confused hearing about his mantra that raw cheese acts like a sponge and absorbs toxins. The reason cheese has its texture is because of coagulated casein, which immediately starts unwinding and getting broken down when you eat it. What else is left to absorb toxins once that structure of cheese (the protein) gets broken down? I really have a hard time understanding why some people are so in love with this guy's teachings...yet he does have quite a bit of adamant followers. - > > Look near the end of the second interview to see more information on swine flu. Guest guest
He's had a long history of following his eating style. He's been doing it consistantly since 1976. He has a lot of unconventional knowledge you're not going to find from too many sources now in days. Most people are full of the same diarhea in there mouth, spouting the same nonsense as this other guy that doesn't know either. They just keep regurgitating the same garbage from our propaganda government's food pyramid and the propaganda of the busnessmen that sell nutritional products that aren't really good for you such as bottled tap water that had been mistakingly labeled mountain spring water.. He said Einstein didn't use salt because it is not stable. It would have exploded long before hitting it's target. Very dangerous to work with. I really don't know why cheese, whey, butter, milk, and yogurt are so different in the benefits they give. I would think milk has the most benefits because it hasn't been stripped or seperated from any of it's other properties. It should have all the nutritional benefits of all the other products that are derived from it I would imagine. Whey digest much faster and yogurt carries a lot more probiotics in it. It may be good that milk digests slow so you get a more consistant source of protein and don't have to consume as many meals throughout the day. Cheese is usually heated so I don't see any real nutritional purpose to it over milk. I'd rather just get raw milk as it is much cheaper than raw butter or raw cheese anyhow. ________________________________ From: <gdawson6@...> Sent: Sunday, October 18, 2009 9:51:35 AM Subject: Re: Fw: [HEL] Aajonous Vonderploanitz Interview from 10/15 There are so many people around here (Los Angeles) that follow Aajonus's teachings like he is the messiah or something... so I was curious and listened to the interview, and he definitely has some crazy ideas. Guest guest
I agree Aajonous has some concepts that are difficult to comprehend, but when I follow his suggestions more closely, I feel great. Also, my body heals from sports injuries super fast when following his nutrition advice. I have eaten raw meat on and off for about 4 years and never once gotten ill from it. Friends doing similar things have same experience. -- W. Ferguson 2120 The Strand #7 Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 Email: sfergucla@... Guest guest
There are three Aajonus followers in the co-op I run. They get all the raw dairy and soy free eggs I can find. None of them ever get sick or complain about anything. They drink their milk sour and never touch meat that has been frozen. It feels good to do egg shooters - just the yolks for me thanks. At one point I was at my friend's house and she shoved a spoonful of raw meat, butter and honey into my mouth and said " Pate! " I think you have to 'totally not care' about eating to live that way. -vanessa .... an added bonus: great health > > I agree Aajonous has some concepts that are difficult to comprehend, > but when I follow his suggestions more closely, I feel great. Guest guest
I don't think anyone here could argue against raw meat, raw eggs, and raw dairy...whether fresh or fermented. They are really healthy foods. I just believe a lot of Aajonus's theories are bogus, and that a lot of his 'science' doesn't add up. I don't believe its necessary to go to those extremes such as eating cold fermented raw meat during the winter to be healthy. If you read Weston A Prices work we already know humans are able to eat a varied diet and live free of disease with vibrant health...yet if I mention that to someone who believes in Aajonus they assure me those people Weston A Price studied would have lived to be closer to 200 years old if they were eating the primal diet. Yes a number of people have actually told me that. - > > > > I agree Aajonous has some concepts that are difficult to comprehend, > > but when I follow his suggestions more closely, I feel great. >
