Best online college universities for health, exercise, and nutrition?

I was looking at this site which lists the best online universities.

http://www.bestcollegesonline.com/the-top-10-best-online-universities/

I am interested in getting into alternative health. Maybe shooting for a

doctorate if my income allows it. First I will go for an associates degree.

I'm also looking at the better business bureau for information on these schools:

http://necal.bbb.org/Find-Business-Reviews/

I looked up Kaplan University (which got an A-) and the main issues I read about

were communication, billing, too much book reading at the rate of 24 hours worth

of reading a week (which I have not problem with myself), and maybe having too

many subjects to read up on in each area (which I don't see an issue with). I

will be looking into other universities for alternative health, fitness,

nutrition, and supplementation and would like anybody's input. I am also

looking to do it online.

Thank you,

Here's another good web-site: http://oedb.org/rankings

Kaplan looks to be decent overall. There is a wide discrepancy in these

rankings so it's hard for me to tell what to look for.

These rankings take into account acceptance rate, financial aid, graduation

rate, peer Web citations, retention rate, scholarly citations, student-faculty

ratio, and years accredited.

Maybe I don't want a college with a high acceptance rate, graduation rate, or

rentention rate because this could be a sign that the education is lackluster

and anybody can pass it. They would stick with it because it is easier and

doesn't take as much reading or work. I could be wrong though. Rention rate on

the other hand could be a good sign the the education is informative and

interesting and that the teachers are doing a great job. Maybe a high

acceptance rate means the teachers and staff at the university have more stamina

to teach and can better handle a group of people with much greater quality care.

I would think a lower acceptance rate means that maybe the teachers want to put

more care into a smaller sharper group of students that are really serious with

achieving their goals.

Peer web citations and scholarly citations would show that their is a lot of

good teaching going on and the school has a vast and great amount of relevant

information.

Student-Faculty ratio would be a good sign of how much communication can go on

between the student and the teacher. This can make a big difference in how well

a person can understand the material and how well they would do on tests.

Financial aid is consistently good with most of these universities.

I would like to hear some people that actually have experience with this stuff.
