Guest guest
Have you looked into copper toxicity as well? It is incredibly common, apparently, though can often show up as copper " deficiency " due to an almost copper-resistant-like state of bio-unavailability. --- In , Amy Sikes-Dorman <amysikesdorman@...> wrote: > > > My current suspicion is actually low manganese levels-- it seems that deficiency can lead to mood disorders, anxiety, and PMS symptoms. I've been inputting my diet for about a month into FitDay and it appears that I'm consistently only getting about .8mg per day, which is short of the RDA by about half. I've begun supplementing as of today, so hopefully I won't see any panic attacks this month... >
Guest guest
Raspberry leaf tea and I believe coconut water are good dietary sources, especially with how low calorie they are, you can easily get adequate manganese without having to edit the rest of your diet. -Lana " The art of simplicity is a puzzle of complexity. Guest guest
800% each per day is REALLY high for a non-fortified diet... (which being that this is the list, I'm assuming you're not using fortified white flour) This is one of the issues I have with calculators like FitDay and NutritionData - when they list meals they often use fortified foods in their calculations so they're not really accurate for things like B vitamins (that you don't add when making things at home). To give you an idea, 68g of liver has 800% RDV B12 but only 137% B2 and under 100% for all the rest (the lowest being B1 at 9%). If you are indeed eating a non-fortified diet, I'm really interested in knowing what you're eating!! -Lana " The art of simplicity is a puzzle of complexity.
