ezekial bread/soy

This is also what I have found; I read the labels and always stay away

from the one with soy in it. Still, I've stopped eating any of it

temporarily myself. I'm trying to isolate an allergy or something that

gives me little red bumps under my eyes. It seems like they come back

whenever I eat bread, even Ezekial 4:9.
